Well located to support you from our brewery, set just off the M4 in West Berkshire within close proximity to a range of major cities in the South of England such as London, Bristol and Birmingham. Our state-of-the-art brewery and packaging line is here to support the growth of your business; we’re able to brew, bottle, can, keg and cask your beer in a wide range of formats to suit your bespoke requirements.

Bottling

8000 bottles per hour based on a 330ml bottle.​

Amber 330ml, 350ml & 500ml bottles.​

MOQ – 6000 litres (60 Hectolitres).​

Sterile filtration or positive release for hazy products.​

Front, back & neck labelling options or wrap around labels. ​

Missing label detection system.​

12pk or 24 pk shrink wrap & tray (SWT).​

4pk or 12pk fully enclosed card fridge packs(FEC’S).​

Brew and pack, or pack only.​

24 head bottle rinse carousel.​

24 head counter pressure filling with bottle burst detection. ​

Canning

Labelling for unprinted cans.​

12pk or 24 pk Shrink Wrap & Tray (SWT).​

24 head counter pressure filling.​

4 head seaming.​

Pre-fill sterilisation program

Keg

MOQ – 6000 Litres (60 Hectolitres).​

2 head, manual flow metered filling machine. ​

60 kegs filled per hour based on a 30L Keg. ​

30L & 50L S-Type or G-Type fitting kegs. ​

Euro Pallets as standard. ​

18 x 30L kegs per pallet.​

12 x 50L kegs per pallet.​

Sterile filtration or positive release on hazy products. ​

Brew and pack or pack only.​

Nitro Stout kegging. ​

Weight measurements taken every 30mins to verify fill levels. ​

Kegs to be delivered clean. ​

20L & 30L KeyKeg filling options.​

Brewing

We can use your recipe, develop a recipe for you or work together with our combined experience.

Fully automated brew house with automatic milling, Mash Tun, Lauter Tun, Copper/whirlpool, Hop Back & secondary Whirlpool.​

All styles of beer brewed. ​

Recipe development options using our 100 Litre pilot brewery. ​

60, 120 & 240 hectolitre bright beer tanks.​

Centrifuge and Cross Flow filtration prior to packaging. ​
