Brewer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative brewer to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get involved with an independent, well invested and high tech brewery during an exciting time.

• Independently responsible for all Brewhouse & cellar operations including safety, quality and performance.
• Working collaboratively with the team and supporting all SOP and control documents are reviewed (minimum annually) and updated where required.
• Support, develop and engage with NPD, be it process or beer development.
• Prior brewing experience required. Ideally in a brewery >10.000hl/annum.

Commis Chef

Here at the Renegade Taproom and Kitchen we want our customers to have the best experience, from the customer service they receive to the food they enjoy. This job role will include accepting deliveries, stock rotation, kitchen cleanliness and food preparation.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a team worker but able to use your own initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic food hygiene desired.
