Beer cocktails are a delicious way to enjoy your favourite brew. They’re perfect for any occasion, from a casual get-together to a formal party. Here are five of our favourite beer cocktails:

1. Blackguards Brew

Think Espresso Martini but better, we didn’t think that was possible either but we were wrong. Mix Blackguard Stout, Spiced Rum, Kahlua and sugar; or get the team to make you one in the Taproom…

2. Renegade Lagerita/Brewskirita

It’s a margarita made with lager instead of tequila. It’s a delicious and refreshing cocktail, perfect for any occasion and we make it classic with Renegade Lager or you can sweeten the deal with Brewski Peach Lager instead.

3. Stormy Rider

Dark and Stormy but made with IPA & rum. You’ll need Hazy Rider NEIPA (or Detour Pale Ale), ginger beer, dark rum, lime juice and ice. If you ask for it enough at the Taproom bar, they’ll have to add it to the menu!

4. Peach Punch

Perfect for brunch. Brewski Peach Lager, pineapple juice & prosecco. Add mint leaves if you’re feeling that vibe. Make it a mocktail by using Brewski Alc Free Peach Pale Ale and non-alcoholic fizz instead of the booze.

5. Bring it Home Blackguard

Winter cocktails don’t get better than this… English Whiskey, Blackguard Stout, sparkling water, lemon juice, white rum, allspice liqueur & sugar syrup. Oof, it’s like a cosy Sunday afternoon nap; or at least you will be napping after one of these!

We hope you enjoy these beer cocktails! Why not try (some of) them at Renegade Taproom?

Additional Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients.
  • Experiment with different flavors.
  • Don’t be afraid to add your own twist to these classic cocktails.
  • Most importantly, have fun!

Please note:

  • Beer cocktails should be enjoyed responsibly
